MUMBAI: Indian music producer, composer, and arranger Meghdeep Bose has produced and arranged a remix hit Dus Bahane 2.0 from the movie Baaghi 3.
In conversation with Meghdeep about his thoughts with the song he said,” I had a lot of pressure because it was already a blockbuster song from 2005 and it was a song that gave Vishal and Shekhar a venture into the industry. The song was already a millstone for the music industry when it comes to the kind of popularity so basically I had to produce a new version to keep the song alive and deliberate a 2020 sound was a challenge”.

When asked about the controversy regarding the remix of the song Dus Bahane 2.0 he said, “The song was already remixed by the producer of the film and that was the same time around when Vishal posted the tweet about warning anyone who remixes their song without their permission. The song was already shot and was already into the film so that is where Vishal and Shekhar decided to intervene and took up the responsibility”
“I’ve produced quite a couple of hit songs and is a regular collaborator of Vishal and Shekhar that is why they trusted me with this song”, he added
Lastly, he exclaimed,” I really wish to collaborate with Sid Sriram and A. R. Rahman in film songs, also I hope I get to work with composers like Anurag Saikia and Shashwat Sachdev this year”.
Meghdeep will be releasing his next project from the film Love Aaj Kal 2 with Pritam Chakraborty.
