MUMBAI: The team of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ held a special media event on Friday to showcase an ‘Eid’ song from the upcoming film.
The song ‘Aaj Ki Party’ is sung by Mika Singh and composed by Pritam. The lyrics have been penned by Shabbir Ahmed. Salman Khan, director Kabir Khan, Pritam, Mika and Ahmed were present at the song launch but Nawazuddin Siddiqui and lead actress Kareena Kapoor Khan were missing from the event.
Salman said, “This is one of the film’s better songs. Many told me to use this as a promotional song. But I told them that this film doesn’t need another song for promotion. But when Pritam made me listen to the song, I got a bit greedy to incorporate this song. This song is not there in the film, but we will consider adding it later on depending on the run that the film has.”
