MUMBAI: R&B singer Chris Brown maybe out of rehab but once again has been taken into custody by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies, reports state. The past four months saw the ‘Fine China’ singer checked into the Malibu facility to treat his anger issues.
Brown was arrested for violating his probation and was held without bail. The legal battle goes back to 2009, after he was convicted for assaulting Rihanna, his ex-girlfriend. After being found guilty, he was sentenced to five years probation and 1,400 hours of community service. The probation for his assault would have ideally ended this year. However, it was revoked last year after the 24 year old punched a man in Washington D.C.Brown has been in rehab for anger management. However, there were reports that the facility was treating him for bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and substance abuse.
The ‘With You’ singer is set to release his sixth studio album ‘X’, previously titled ‘Carpe Diem’, this May and will be out through RCA Records. It is reported that ‘X’ will be a double disc album, with ten songs on each disc. The album’s single, ‘Fine China’, was released to digital retailers in March 2013. In 2005, he released his self-titled debut album which was a commercial success, certified two times Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for scanning two million in the United States and sold three million copies worldwide.
