MUMBAI: Talent has no limit or boundaries, but at times the opportunity is the hurdle. Many young talents and musicians don’t look for fame; they just want to be heard and speak through their songs and music, work with some of the best musicians and fulfill their dream and passion of creating beautiful music.
The recently launched web series, Studios Sound Garage powered by Artist Aloud, kicked off in mid-September,creating musicwith well-known musicians and some very gifted, yet virtually unknown young singers/ artists. This is one such opportunity for aspiring musicians to bring out their talent. The series is into its fifth week with 4 songs already released on Artist Aloud YouTube channel and has been grabbing eyeballs quickly. Studios Sound Garage and Artist Aloud have now created a window of opportunity for other talented and aspiring musicians to be part of the web series and also get to record and perform with the amazing bunch of musicians associated with the property, with a social media contest.
The Studios Sound Garage “Are You the One” Contest,with the #AreYouThe1 hashtag will run for a period of 20 days starting from the 9th of October. The Entries will be called from across India via Social Media for a period of 3 weeks through Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus andInstagram. The contestants will have to upload any of their song recordings to get an idea of their vocal talent and send itthrough an email. This will be followed by the moderation process and selection of the winner. The winner will get a chance to be featured on SSG season 1 and will be announced across platforms in the first week of November 2014.
