MUMBAI: UK based urban Bhangra group Rhythm Dhol Bass (RDB) has released its new dance track ‘BBM’. The single has been released under the outfits label- Three Records- and follows its successful predecessors ‘Sharabi’ and ‘We Doin it Big’ which were released in 2012.
The song features lead singers Nindy Kaur and Raftaar on the pounding bass-heavy track and is available on iTunes.
“BBM along with all the tracks Three Records have produced aim to inspire future fusions with genres of music as well as encourage aspiring artists to experiment with beats. BBM is a catchy floor filling track and incorporates dance, RnB and traditional Punjabi Bhangra to give it a real edgy twist,” Three Records’ and RDB members Surj and Manj said in an issued release.
RDB has a strong following among the Indian expat community and Asian club scene in the UK. It has collaborated with international artists like Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Elephant Man and Public Enemy. The band has also ventured into Bollywood with films like ‘Speedy Singh’.
