MUMBAI: With Indie rock artists and bands gaining popularity amongst young urban, Big CBS Spark offers the perfect platform for rock enthusiasts to delve into the lives of their favourite idols.
‘Thank God Its Rock On Fridays’ is a new show that premiers on 19 October at 9:30pm. The show will feature one of the biggest bands in India with fans all across the globe where they will describe their musical journeys, their struggles and their tryst with fame.
One such experience featured on the show is their famous jam with Bollywood nawab Saif Ali Khan. The actor, who can surely strike a chord turned out to be quite the rockstar.

Band member Nitin said, “Saif is actually a pretty good guitarist and he’s not just faking it when he plays. Being a Bollywood hotshot, he drew in a lot of crowd. Even people not particularly into heavy metal came into see him, which worked out pretty well for us. Dreamy-eyed girls went totally gaga over him.”
Other band member mentioned how pleasantly surprised he was to see how humble and professional the Bollywood actor is. Saif performing with Parikrama has brought more buzz to the genre in India and has simply added to the ever-increasing popularity of the epic band.
