MUMBAI: In a bid to cater to the globally growing number of Bengali mobile internet consumers, Anandabazar Patrika (ABP) Group has launched a Bengali language iOS application ‘My Anandabazar’ for iPad, iPod and iPhone.
The free app offers live Bengali online radio and also avails radio channel ‘Radio Ananda’, which airs music of yesteryears.
The company claims that the application is first of its kind with a diverse range of features. The iOS app avails four Bengali magazines – Desh, Sananda, Ananandamela and Anandalok and also offers news, e-magazines, movies, cuisine videos and blogs by eminent writers and live TV streams of ABP Ananda and Sananda TV.
