Mumbai: Fever FM has undertaken a social initiative â€?Fever Mission Shiksha’ for the underprivileged children in association with NGO â€?Yuva Partivartan’ and GroupM in Mumbai.
The station has conducted notebook donation drive asking listeners to donate unused note books at Jumbo King outlets till saturday 25 June.
GroupM South Asia HR head Gaurav Hirey said, We are delighted to support this initiative by Fever FM as it directly compliments GroupM’s corporate initiative â€?Lighting the Sparks’ which supports libraries for underprivileged kids across metro cities in India. This initiative by Fever 104 FM will help reach out to all those who can make a difference in someone’s life….
The initiative is supported by famous bollywood personalities like Imran Khan, Emraan Hashmi, Jacqueline Fernandez, Vir Das, Raghu Ram, Abhijeet Bhatacharaya, Rajiv Khandelwal and Sugandha Garg.
Fever 104 FM business head S Keerthivasan said, It is the best time for us to launch this initiative as the new academic year is about to start. With Fever Mission Shiksha, we hope to reach out to a large number of enthusiastic students in need….
Fever has also dedicated a SMS short code for this initiative, where listerners can send a SMS and the radio station will get the notebooks picked.
