MUMBAI: The station that’s all about music brings yet another celebration to the city of Bengaluru – A Tribute to Sahasa Simha Dr. Vishnuvardhan. Fever 104 FM is organizing a mega concert which will swirl up the passion of Bengalureans and the love and devotion they have for Dr. Vishnuvardhan, with the â€?Sahasa Simhanige Salaam Concert’ – a musical tribute by Dr. S P Balasubrahmanyam.
Fever 104 FM celebrates the life and work of the legendary Dr. Vishnuvardhan which brings together his family, friends and the people of Bengaluru. This concert is a culmination of a month-long celebration of Dr. Vishnuvardhan’s outstanding contribution to the Kannada film industry. Fever 104 FM’s RJs, RJ Shraddha and RJ Harish are the hosts for the Sahasa Simhanige Salaam Concert while RJs Neethi and Navin will be doing their show live from the venue. To add to the musical fervor, listeners get to meet and greet their favourite Fever 104 FM jocks.
As a part of the â€?Sahasa Simhanige Salaam Concert’, Fever 104 FM had also tied up with Dr. Vishnuvardhan’s movie retrospective â€?Simhavalokana’ which was being organized by his family on the occasion of his birthday (18th Sept). The Movie Retrospective took place at Inox, Garuda Mall between 17th to 19th September and as exclusive radio partners, the Fever 104 FM jocks hosted special segments during each of the 12 movie screenings. The movie screenings were attended by close associates of Dr. Vishnuvardhan and by people who have worked with him in these movies. The movie screening also witnessed a large audience gathering to watch the legend’s performance once again on big screen.
