MUMBAI: FLY Mobile has launched new dual SIM Fly LINKZ E145.
The handset is designed for the online age. Social networks & communities supported by the multiple award winning Nimbuzz application include Skype, Windows Live Messenger (MSN), GTalkTM, Yahoo! TM, AIM, MySpace, ICQ, and others are also included.
At the heart of Nimbuzz is the live contact list – an always-on, hyper-connected, dynamic address book, enhanced with real-time-presence… showing at a glance who’s online, offline, busy or away, their status messages, and social community activity Users can launch IM chat sessions, offline messaging, send photos, videos, music, voice messaging and various other communication & interactive features.
Besides the big WQVGA screen (262K colours & 240 x 400 pixels resolution) the handset includes a 2 Mega Pixel camera with photo slide show feature. It also includes motion sensor games, video record and play, audio player (8 editable equalizer with display of lyrics and album cover), dedicated volume control keys along with a 3.5 mm universal audio jack.It also features FM radio (20 channels can be played on loudspeaker).
The 1150 mAH battery offers 200 hours of standby time and 6 hours & 30 minutes of talk time. The handset also sports an accelerometer, motion sensor, handwriting recognition, 1000 contact phonebook, capacity to store 2000 SMS, photo and video caller ID, call blacklisting, multi-faith Indian calendar (helps track festivals of different Indian religions and plan holidays accordingly) along with a stereo Bluetooth and mobile tracker. The handset also has expandable memory up to 8 GB.

Priced at Rs 5509 the handset is targeted at youth in the age bracket of 18-35 years (college & office going youth belonging to SEC A /B) living in metros and mini metros who prefer to chat and network with friends on the go.
