MUMBAI: Radio Misty 94.3 fm, the first and Number One fm station of North Bengal will celebrate this holi with an array of programmes around this festival of colours. To start the festive mood Radio Misty has teamed up with Siliguri Yuva Jagriti Sangh for Rang Rangilo Rajasthan, the musical evening with stars from Rajasthan.
Noted singer Rajendra Jain, Punam Punjabi, Binod chaila, Pushlata and Manto soni will perform on the occasion. This event will be held at siddhi vinayak banquet at Siliguri. This show will see famous Rajasthani artists performing their folk music.
Radio Misty have also partnered with Haryana Rajasthan Nagrik Parishad for two Haryanvi programmes in Siliguri, where noted singer Bali sharma, azad and punam choudhary performed live. Radio Misty has lot of shows on air during this festival of colours.Gajodhar ki holi a special four hours show will see laughter challenge stars cracking jokes. There will be live updates and special holi songs aired during this festival. Radio Misty is embarking on a 360-degree marketing campaign to promote its holi programmes titled Rang Barse, involving local television, hoardings, radio, print and so on.
A week long programme is designed where people will share their views on holi with live updates on holi mood. A special on air contest will be also on air, where winners will get the full stock of colours.
