MUMBAI: After launching its Aqua Power HD smartphone, Intex is launching another Aqua series handset, the Aqua 5X.
The device features a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device which runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. The Aqua 5X comes with a 4-inch (480×800 pixels) WVGA display, and is powered by a dual-core MediaTek (MT6572) processor clocked at 1GHz along with 256MB of RAM.
The smartphone includes 14MB inbuilt storage; and supports expandable storage via microSD card. The Intex Aqua 5X also sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera onboard. On the connectivity front, the budget Aqua series includes 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, A-GPS, and Bluetooth.
The Aqua 5X features a 1300mAh battery, which claims to deliver up to 3-4 hours of talk time and up to 180 hours of standby time. It measures 123.5 x 63.2 x 10.5mm; weighs around 106 grams and is listed in Black and Grey colours.
The device is priced at Rs. 3,990.
